Hello! My name is Yeji Kim and I am currently a student studying graphic design and art education at Boston University. I was born in Korea, but grew up in New Jersey since I was 8 years old.
I am always drawn to playful, colorful, and heart warming visuals in my everyday life. Likewise, my artwork holds a lot of heart warming visuals and I love using playful shapes and bright colors. I am also drawn to monochromatic, simple, clean elements in design. I believe my art reflects the core of who I am and the positivity and warmth I want to bring into the world.
My heart is also drawn to positively impacting the next generation. With that, I find myself working closely with children and learning more about children education and how visuals can impact children.
Other than design, I love crocheting, running, and exploring cute cafes, especailly aesthetically trending cafes. I love noticing small visuals in life that can be beautiful. For instance, the patterns of tree barks and how each and every one of them are unique are so wonderful to me.
